TCHC is committed to delivering accessible and timely information to all tenants in both digital and print formats. Below is more information about how we make our communications accessible.

Communications to tenants include the following features to improve accessibility to information:

  • Alternative formats
  • Alternative languages
  • Large print format or font size
  • Braille translations for major publications
  • Plain language editing
  • Screen reader availability
  • Colour contrast for low vision
  • Minimum, Board approved 14-point font for all printed materials

TCHC is also committed to accessible content and AODA WCAG 2.0 AA standards on this website and other digital platforms.
