A lease is a legal document that outlines tenants' rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and the Housing Services Act (HSA).

Our leasing package has important information about tenants' rights and responsibilities, contact information, and everything new tenants need to know when they move into Toronto Community Housing. Tenants will get this package when they meet with a Tenant Services Coordinator or Property Administrator to sign a lease.
