Be a member of the 2020 Tenant Action Funds Tables or apply for 2020 Funds
Toronto Community Housing is looking for tenants to be part of the 2020 Tenant Action Funds Tables. If you are someone who is committed to getting involved and bringing change to your community, then this may be a great opportunity for you.
Members of Tenant Action Funds Tables are permanent for one calendar year. They will work with tenants to review and approve funding requests by other tenants and tenant groups, to resource projects and initiatives that respond to tenant-identified priorities. Interested tenants should submit an application for the 2020 Tenant Action Funds Tables by Friday, January 31, 2020. Interim Funding Tables will be in place in the interim, until February 2020.
If you need more information or support with the application process, contact your local Community Services Coordinator (CSC) or attend one of several information sessions to recievemore information and get assistance with the application process. Tenant Action Funds Tables will be established in March 2020 for each directorate (east, central, west and seniors). Once established, tenants will be able to apply for 2020 Tenant Action Funds until November. Applications are due at the end of each month for the following month's review. For example, if you submit an application for the March 31 deadline, your application will be considered in the April applications review process, and if approved, your application will be processed in May.
