How to make a recruitment complaint
If you have a concern or complaint about the recruitment process, contact Human.Resources@torontohousing.ca. We will do our very best to acknowledge your concern or complaint within one business day.
Here's what to include if you are making a complaint:
- Your name
- Your contact information
- The Job Requisition Number and job title
- The name of the Recruiter responsible for the job (if you know it)
- A brief summary of your complaint

Confidentiality is important to us
We keep all complaints confidentially within Human Resources. Trends and themes are tracked to identify any systemic issues so that we can take the necessary actions to address them.
