Tenant Service Hubs
Tenant Service Hubs are a “one-stop shop” that brings services closer to tenants.
Services at your Hub Location
At your Hub, tenants can meet with staff for in-person service, one-on-one support and get faster responses from their local team. At each Hub, tenants can:
- Place a work order.
- Request a parking permit.
- Hand in annual rent review paperwork or get help filling it out.
- Pay rent.
- Ask questions to staff about your lease, your rent, or your account.
- Get copies of Toronto Community Housing tenant policies.
- Report a change in income.
- Fill out forms for someone moving in or out of your home.
- File a complaint.
We encourage tenants to call ahead and make an appointment at your local Hub. Please search for your specific Hub in the list below.
For help outside of Tenant Service Hub Hours, contact the Client Care Centre 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 416-981-5500 (TRS 7-1-1). You can also call the Client Care Centre if you forget your assigned Hub.

We have developed Tenant Service Hubs to bring services closer to you at a convenient location. We know you may have concerns or need to escalate an issue beyond your local Hub or the Client Care Centre. When that happens, please visit your Regional office. If you are not sure which Region you live in, please contact the Client Care Centre and ask an agent.
Regional offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. We recommend that you make an appointment through the Client Care Centre at 416-981-5500 (TRS 7-1-1).

Please note that some Hubs are temporarily moving and merging with other Hub locations. Hubs may be moving because of decreased foot traffic and visits following the COVID-19 pandemic or they may be experiencing staffing challenges. We encourage you to call and book an appointment in advance to ensure that your Hub location is open.

General Hub FAQ
If I can't go to a Hub during operating hours, how can I still access services?
Fill out a contact form or get in touch with the Client Care Centre 24/7, 365 days a year at 416-981-5500 or help@torontohousing.ca. The Client Care phone number is TTY-compatible and offers interpretations into 170 languages.
Are Hubs physically accessible?
Yes. Your Tenant Service Hub has been designed to all AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) and TCHC accessibility standards with input from the resident-led R-PATH (Responsible Personal Accessibility in Toronto Housing) Committee. R-PATH works with TCHC to improve the quality of life for people with physical disabilities.
Hubs include design features like enlarged mobility device turning diameters, appropriate clearances at doors and paths of travel, accessible service counter heights, and colour selections based on visual impairment guidelines.
There are multiple Tenant Service Hubs near my home. Can I go to any of them and get the same service?
All Hubs can answer any general questions you may have. Only your assigned Hub will have your specific files and dedicated Tenant Services Coordinator.
Is parking available?
Most Tenant Service Hubs have available parking for visitors. Some locations have limited or no visitor parking available. Call ahead to ask about a specific location’s parking availability.
I want to drop off my annual review paperwork, but would like copies. Can the front desk staff still support in photocopying my documents?
Yes, you can ask the front desk staff to provide you with a copy of your annual review paperwork.
What happens if my Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC) is not there when I go to my Hub? Will someone be available to help me?
If your Tenant Services Coordinator is unavailable, other TCHC staff members at the Tenant Service Hub will be able to help you. If you have specific questions for your TSC, it’s always better to make an appointment before your visit.
Are Hub staff allowed to come to my unit to meet with me if I’m not comfortable being in the Hub for everyone to see that I am there?
If you require assistance in providing documents to your Tenant Service Hub, TCHC can offer assistance through your Community Services Coordinator (CSC), or you can contact the Client Care Centre at 416-981- 5500 or help@torontohousing.ca.
My Hub is moving or merging - FAQ
Why is my Hub moving?
This Hub is moving due to a few different reasons. By combining Hub locations, we are able to offer more consistent staffing across open Hub locations. TCHC is currently evaluating staffing levels at each location to ensure Hubs can remain open consistently. We are also seeing a shift in how tenants prefer to access services and get in touch with staff. Many tenants have switched to contacting TCHC staff by phone or email instead of walking into their local office, leading to less foot traffic at certain Hubs. Some Hub locations are being merged where it makes the most sense based on the amount of walk-in traffic.
Where is my new Hub going to be?
Your new Hub address can be found in a letter that will be delivered to you or on a poster in your building. You can also call the Client Care Centre to ask where your assigned Hub is. You can also search the listing above for your new Hub location.
Can I still find my local staff at my new Hub?
Yes. Your local staff are ready to assist you at your new Hub location. Tenants can usually expect to find their Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC), and clerks at their Hub. Some Hub locations will also be the home base for Community Services Coordinators (CSC). You can continue to connect with your building staff for maintenance and service.
What is TCHC doing with the space after the Hub moves or merges?
No final decisions have been made about the use of this space. Tenants will be included and engaged in discussions about the future use of these spaces.
