Toronto Community Housing releases 2020 Gratitude Report
For all of us, 2020 was a year like no other. As an organization, we responded to the challenges of COVID-19 with a commitment to supporting tenants and staff. In our newly released 2020 Gratitude Report, we share some of the amazing stories that came out of a truly unique year.
In a year where so many things have turned virtual, it seemed fitting to update the way we deliver our report to the world. That's why we made the decision to go "digital-first" by creating the report as a microsite on the TCHC website that features dynamic, visually-focused and engaging content.
Our Gratitude Report features seven videos with interviews from a multitude of people who've had an impact on our organization throughout the year. We spoke to the founder of Global Medic, our pandemic response partner, about the joint work we did to support tenants. We interviewed frontline staff about their experiences as essential workers during a challenging year.
