TCHC has a new fraud hotline service provider
As part of our commitment to providing value for money through competitive procurement of goods and services, Toronto Community Housing has chosen a new fraud hotline provider that will help maintain transparency and enhance our reporting service. During the process of transitioning to the new provider, there will be a temporary disruption with the fraud hotline service.
The fraud hotline number 1-877-993-6744 and online reporting through Navex Global will no longer be in service effective October 15, 2021. A future announcement will be made once we have completed the transition to the new fraud hotline provider, ClearView Strategic Partners.
Reporting through a live agent will not be available until the transition to ClearView Strategic Partners is completed. In the interim, reports of suspected fraud or waste can be forwarded directly to the Investigations Unit:

- In writing to: Investigations Unit – Legal Services Division, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, ON M4W 2H2
Note: Reporting through a live agent will not be available until TCHC has completed the transition with ClearView Strategic Partners.
