COVID-19 vaccine: Provincial pharmacy pilot for adults aged 60-64

Beginning Wednesday, March 10, 2021, select pharmacies in Toronto are booking appointments for the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines for people born between 1957 and 1961 as part of Ontario’s pharmacy pilot.

Eligible Toronto residents can now book appointments with selected pharmacies to receive the vaccine through the Ontario Pharmacy Pilot Program.

In order to be eligible, you must be between the ages of 60 - 64 and have a valid Ontario health (OHIP) card, or other form of valid government-issued identification.
