The Toronto Community Housing’s (TCHC) Human Rights policy is going to be updated. You are invited to attend an online consultation session and provide feedback so we can make sure that the policy works for tenants.
Pre-registration is required. You will receive a meeting link by email two to three days before the meeting. All tenants are welcome to attend.

We are launching a new project to improve the way that we receive, investigate and resolve tenant Human Rights concerns at TCHC. The end result of the project is to develop a centralized, proactive, equity-focused response to tenant Human Rights issues.
At the consultation we will discuss:
- What works in the current Human Rights policy and processes?
- What doesn’t work in the current Human Rights policy and processes?
- What can make the Human Rights policy and processes better?
