    Our Internship program is a 13-week program that gives you first-hand experience working in a professional environment. You will develop new skills and interests, build connections and unlock hidden potential. Staff will provide career mentoring and meaningful experiences for your talent and growth.

    Who can apply?

    You can apply for the internship program if you meet the following criteria:

    • Young professional, student or adult seeking a new career
    • Live in a Toronto Community Housing building or community
    • Eligible to work in Canada full-time from May 4 to July 31, 2026 (excluding stat holidays)
    • Able to commit to the duration of the internship
    • Have a passion to learn more about the social housing sector
    • Interested in learning and gaining new skills

    How are internships structured? 

    We offer a 13-week paid internship. We focus on securing professional and training opportunities that offer practical experience and make the most use of your skills and education.
