Internships at TCHC
Our Internship program is a 12-week program that gives you first-hand experience working in a professional environment. You will develop new skills and interests, build connections and unlock hidden potential. Staff will provide career mentoring and meaningful experiences for your talent and growth.
The Returnship
While our internship program is typically open to tenants of all ages, our Returnships are exclusively open to adults ages 35 and up. This version of the program provides opportunities to tenants looking to return to the workforce or start a new career. The Returnship is not a different program. It is structured the same as our internships, but the only change is the age requirement for applicants.
