Visitor parking

Visitor parking

Visitor parking is available for anyone visiting your property and for residents visiting another Toronto Community Housing property other than the one where they reside. There are two types of visitor parking lots:

  • Pay and display parking lots: Vehicles parked at these lots must display a ticket purchased from the pay and display meter machines located on the property. You must follow the instructions on the ticket and obey the signs at the location.
  • Non-pay and display parking lots: Vehicles parked at these lots must display a completed visitor parking permit at all times. You must follow the instructions on the permit and obey the signs at the location.

Visitor parking permits

Visitors can get a Visitor Parking Permit from the Operating Unit or Property Management office or Superintendent (where applicable). Each Toronto Community Housing household unit is eligible for no more than nine permits per month in lots that are not pay and display.
