The Toronto Community Housing Board of Directors announced today the appointment of Cathy Barker as Vice President, Human Resources.
Ms. Barker will join the company on March 16, 2015. She is the successful candidate in the recent executive search and will serve as an officer of the corporation.
A senior human resource professional with expertise and experience in all areas of human resource management, Ms. Barker joins Toronto Community Housing from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, where she has served as Executive Director, Human Resources since 2008. She has also held senior human resource management positions in the private and not-for-profit sectors.
