The report details each priority under our strategic goals and the progress Toronto Community Housing has made on its commitments toward continuous improvement.
Toronto Community Housing is exceeding its targets in the majority of measures
Strong progress was made towards our Quality Homes measures, including spending over $46 million on capital repairs across our portfolio and delivered over 500 rental and market units in our revitalization communities by the end of June.
We connected over 300 at-risk residents to community, social and health-based supports, a goal in our Vibrant Communities section.
A number of Service Excellence measures have improved since the last quarter, such as the average speed of answer for tenant calls by the Client Care Centre, which dropped to 126 seconds in Q2, compared to 298 seconds in Q1.
