Toronto Community Housing has purchased 11 Randolph Avenue and has assumed management of the building, effective Dec. 1, 2011.
11 Randolph is a six-storey family building with 95 units and a mix of rent-geared-to-income and market-rent tenants. The building has been operated by a receiver on behalf of the City of Toronto since 2007.
Toronto Community Housing owns and manages a development located at 136-152 Perth Avenue next door to 11 Randolph in the Lansdowne Ave. and Bloor St. W. neighbourhood. Both communities were built in 1995 and share common facilities.
Toronto Community Housing's property management team has met with the building's tenants to inform them about the services available to them.�
