The Pan Am Games are from July 10 to July 26, and the Parapan Am Games are from August 7 to 15.
During the games, there will be about a 20 per cent increase in traffic across the city. This may make it harder to get around the city during the games.
Because of the increased traffic, some Toronto Community Housing services may be affected. For example, it might take longer for someone to reach your home to complete repairs. All Toronto Community Housing offices will keep regular hours during the Pan Am and Parapan Am Games.
Both the Client Care Centre and the Community Safety Unit will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help residents. You can reach the Client Care Centre by calling 416-981-5500 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for non-urgent matters. You can reach the Community Safety Unit by calling 416-921-2323.
