The Tenant Guide is now available in 18 languages and in some accessible formats

Have you gotten a copy of the Tenant Guide yet? It is available both online and in print. The guide contains important and helpful information about tenant rights and responsibilities, how residents can access services and supports, and much more.

Since the Tenant Guide was launched in January 2015, we have distributed over 5,000 copies. We have also added 18 language translations as well as new accessible options.

How to request a printed copy of the Tenant Guide

To request a printed copy of the Tenant Guide, you can:
  • Visit your local Operating Unit office.
  • Email help@torontohousing.ca. Please remember to include your name, address, including unit number and phone number. We will mail you a copy.
  • Call the Client Care Centre at 416-981-5500. If you leave a voice message, please remember to say your name, address, including unit number, and phone number. We will mail you a copy.
