Residents of the 23rd and 25th floors SOUTH tower - Most units on these floors are ready for return. Please call 416-981-5520 or visit the information desk at the Wellesley Community Centre to find out if your unit is ready.
Leaseholders from units that are ready should register at the Wellesley Community Centre (495 Sherbourne) on Thursday, October 7th between 9 am and 6 pm. Please bring the keys to your apartment, your yellow registration card and photo ID if you have it. If you don't have your ID, bring the letter we gave you to use in place of ID. Anyone who lives with you and requires independent access to the building should come with you to register.
Residents of the rest of the SOUTH tower - Most units on these floors are ready for return. Tenants who live in the South tower have unit numbers ending in 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, and 15. Please call 416-981-5520 to find out if your apartment is ready. Important information for those returning home:
� For now, visitors to the building are limited to health care and personal support workers only.
� Don't unplug the fans and dehumidifiers. They help get rid of moisture.
� If you borrowed a pet carrier from Animal Services, please return it to the Information Desk at the Wellesley Community Centre.
� Returning residents will receive cleaning supplies and a prepaid Sparkle card for temporary free laundry in the building's laundry room.
� Grocery vouchers are being delivered to those returning home.
� Regular air quality tests continue to make sure the building is safe.
Residents of the North Tower - The North tower was harder hit by the fire. Staff are working 24 hours a day to clean and make repairs. Tenants who live in the North tower have unit numbers ending in 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26. Until those units are ready, North tower tenants will have a place to stay.
Residents of the 23rd, 24th and 25th floors (North) and 24th (South) - These floors were most damaged by the fire and require extensive work. If you live on these floors, we will be in touch about long-term accommodation. Please make sure we have your current contact information. There is a temporary relocation office for these tenants only at 325 Bleecker Street, ground floor (south end). It is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Mail Pick Up - Canada Post will be on site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday. Residents can pick up mail using their Toronto Community Housing letter of identification and yellow registration card. A change of address form can be completed free of charge, if needed.
Change to Property Management at 200 Wellesley- Effective, Saturday, October 2, 2010, Toronto Community Housing took over management of 200 Wellesley St. E. This change will improve client service and better meet tenant needs. The superintendent's office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm. After hours, please call the 24-hour Client Care Centre at 416-981-5500.
NEW DONATION CENTRE - There is a new donation centre at 257 Jarvis Street, north of Dundas Street. Shuttles are running from the Wellesley Community Centre. Please bring your yellow registration card.
*The Centre is open from 10 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday and 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday. *The Centre is closed on Monday, October 11, 2010.

The donation centre at 519 Church is now closed.
Thanksgiving Celebrations - With the support of our community partners and co-sponsored by SHSC and Toronto Community Housing we are hosting a Thanksgiving dinner for displaced residents of 200 Wellesley Street East this Sunday, October 10th at the Ramada Inn at 300 Jarvis Street.. Meals will be served in two sittings, the first at 1 pm and the second at 4:30 pm. Please bring your yellow registration card or photo ID to the security desk at 200 Wellesley to pick up your free ticket.
The Christian Resource Centre will be hosting a free thanksgiving celebration on Thursday, October 7th at 6 p.m. at the Regent Park Community Centre (south) 203 Sackville Green

Ontario Works (OW) and Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Cheques - Pay direct reimbursement cheques can be picked up starting Monday October 4th at your local Toronto Employment and Social Services office or local ODSP office.
Meals - Meals are no longer available at the Wellesley Community Centre. For those of you still in temporary accommodation, food vouchers are available at the community centre, please bring your yellow registration card with you.
Security - Toronto Police Services and Toronto Community Housing's Community Safety Unit have secured the building 24 hours a day since the fire. If you have security concerns, please contact 51 Division (51 Parliament St.) at 416-808-5100.
Library Hours - The St. James Town library's extended hours will end on Friday. The library will remain open to tenants only. It will be open Saturday from 9 to 5 and closed on Sunday and Monday. Regular hours resume on Tuesday.
