TORONTO, September 21, 2021— A planned upgrade to Toronto Community Housing's computer network will take place on Saturday, September 25 starting at 12 p.m. for 24 hours. The upgrades will improve TCHC's ability to deliver services to tenants.
While the upgrades take place, all staff including those in the Client Care Centre and Community Safety Unit will be unable to read or reply to emails. Emails sent during this period will be delivered once the system is back online.
Toronto Community Housing's phone lines will continue to operate. During the email outage, tenants will be able to call (416) 981-5500 for maintenance, administrative or emergency requests and (416) 921-2323 to reach the Community Safety Unit. Please note that wait times may be longer than usual.
