Lenna Bradburn will join Toronto Community Housing as Vice President, Resident and Community Services on January 6, 2014.
Lenna is visionary senior executive and skilled change agent who has more than 20 years of senior management experience, primarily in the public sector, and a track record of transforming organizations by focusing on strategy, innovation, people, and process. She brings a great deal of expertise to the position.
Most recently, Lenna served as an advisor to Siamese Systems Inc., a start-up company that develops and markets information and process mobile solutions to business customers. Her previous management experience include Vice President, Operational Services at Borealis Infrastructure; Senior Vice President/Chief Security and Compliance Officer for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation; Executive Director of the Municipal Licensing and Standards Division of the City of Toronto; Director of Complaint Services for the Ontario Ombudsman; and Chief of Police for the Guelph Police Service.
Lenna has a bachelor�s degree in criminology and sociology from the University of Toronto, and a Master�s degree in public administration from Queen�s University. She continues to be active in the university community as President of the University of Toronto Alumni Association and Treasurer of the Board of Regents, Victoria University (at U of T).
