Due to yesterday's severe weather, Toronto Community Housing's call centre is experiencing a higher than normal call volume. If you are experiencing a leak, flooding or have no power in your unit, please stay on the line to speak with the first available agent.
For administrative issues not related to yesterday's weather, you can e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, visit your local operating unit office or call back at the end of the week and staff will be pleased to assist you.
Please also note that we have temporarily closed our Market Rent phone line in order to address the increased call volume. An updated will be provided when this service is restored.
