Crisis priority transfer process letter sent to all tenants

Crisis priority transfer process letter sent to all tenants

March 01, 2018

Toronto Community Housing agrees with and supports all the recommendations made by Toronto Ombudsman Susan Opler in her report on TCHC’s priority transfer process, which is based on an investigation that her office conducted from April 2016 to October 2017. We have sent a letter to all tenants, signed by our president and CEO Kathy Milsom, informing them that we are already working to implement the Ombudsman’s recommendations, including creating a new crisis priority process by July 1, 2018.

Toronto Community Housing will develop the new crisis priority process in consultation with tenants, staff and stakeholders.
