  • Anticipated Project Length: 2011-2020
  • Total Size: 7 acres
  • Amenities: A new community open space feature with playground, indoor amenity rooms for residents, enhanced access to the Don Valley Ravine
  • Employment: 1 new job created to date, with more anticipated as project moves forward

Resident consultations launched

Initial planning application submitted to the City

Relocation process begins

Construction completed, residents return to new homes​
