Submission and receipt of bids

​​​​​​​​​​​​​Instructions for submitting a bid and contact information are found in the bid document.

It is the vendor's sole responsibility to ensure that their submissions are delivered, stamped and submitted on the date and at the time and location prescribed in the bid document.

Late submissions will be not be accepted. Toronto Community Housing is not responsible for any issues that result in a late submission.

Submission methods differ for different procurement methods. You must read the submission instruction in the bid document to understand the submission methods of that particular bid.

Hard-copy submission: If the bid document requires a hard-copy submission, you must mail it to the address below. Ensure the address is complete and clearly noted on the outside of the package:

Electronic submission: If the bid document requires an electronic submission, you must ensure all required documents and information are provided according to the instructions.

The following forms must be completed ​for the submission to be accepted:​

  • Submission Form with acknowledgement of all addenda
  • Rate Bid Form (except the open prequalification process - RFVQ)
  • Agreement to Bond (if required)
