Demand Maintenance Programs Information Session (Potential Vendors)

11/29/2018 11:00 AM - 11/30/2018 11:00 AM

Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is the largest social housing provider in Canada with nearly 60,000 units in over 2,100 buildings across the city. Our core business is to provide clean, safe, well-maintained affordable homes for tenants. Visit our website for more information about TCHC.

TCHC is always looking for opportunities to partner with vendors.

In 2019, TCHC will be refreshing many of its demand maintenance programs. We will be looking for vendors to deliver general repairs (such as flooring, kitchen and bathroom renovations), as well as repair work in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. Spend on demand programs range from $2M to $10M annually.

At this time, we are inviting vendors to an information session to learn about opportunities to work with TCHC. We will be providing information on our procurement process, how we assign work and how we can work together to provide quality housing for Toronto. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions. We are also interested in knowing if you have ever considered working for TCHC in the past, what may have made you decide not to apply for one of our demand programs, and what might make you more interested in partnering with TCHC.
