​The Black Staff Caucus (BSC): The BSC is Toronto Community Housing's first employee network. The BSC is a voluntary employee network comprising of unionized and non-unionized employees, with the aim to support Black employees at TCHC. The BSC is renowned for hosting signature events, such as TCHC's annual Black History Month event, promoting employee engagement and creating awareness about Black culture.
