Upgrades and Conservation

NEW upgrades to your building will increase your comfort, health and wellness. Many of these upgrades will also increase the building’s energy efficiency. Let's work together to make sure we make the best of the new upgrades. Use this page to learn more about how you can utilize the upgraded features in your building to conserve energy.

Here’s how you can use these upgrades to conserve energy:

Keep your new windows closed in the winter, to keep out the cold and stay warm. Upgrades to the ventilation system will supply you with plenty of fresh air.

Instead of opening a window, use your new in-suite radiator controls to adjust your unit’s temperature to your comfort!

Unplug electronics when not in use.

Keep vents and radiators clear of furniture and clutter to allow more heating to enter your unit.
