Martha Tredgett is a seasoned finance and investment professional with nearly three decades of experience in global finance. She is Managing Partner at Sera Global (formerly BFIN) where she advises global clients on strategic growth in real estate, infrastructure and renewables.
After working on Wall Street for ten years in underwriting and equity capital markets at investment banks Credit Suisse First Boston and Union Bank of Switzerland, she has built a track record of leading capital development strategies for alternative investments across private equity, hedge funds, and real estate assets. Her career has led her to work with and support clients in Canada, the US, Europe and parts of Asia.
Ms. Tredgett has been a member of the Faculty of Management Advisory Board at McGill University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She also holds a Diploma in Business Studies (post graduate) from the London School of Economics. She has served as a gala committee member with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), and currently serves on the Finance and Investment Committee for the both Royal Ontario Museum and Canada Council for the Arts, where she advises and consults on the financial and investment decisions. In addition, she serves on the Investment Committee at The Perimeter Institute and on the Board of Directors of SOAR Technology Acquisition Corp.
