On April 8, 2010, youth tenants in each building/complex will elect a youth to be their representative on their Youth Council. Youth will choose their representative(s) from the candidates who have been nominated in their building or complex. 

Nomination Instructions

2010 nominations to become an elected Youth Representative are being accepted now -- until February 25, 2010.

If you know a young person living in Toronto Community Housing, between the ages of 14-28 years, who would be a good person to represent your community, ask them if they would agree to be nominated.

Or, consider being a candidate yourself.

Here's how:

1. Download the Nomination Form
2. Fill out the nomination form, ensuring all sections are completed
3. Deliver the nomination form to your Operating Unit/Property Management office, Superintendent, Health Promotion Officer or Youth Engagement Coordinator by Thursday, February 25, 2010

Nomination Submission Instructions

Nominations will be accepted on the official application form until February 25, 2010.  Nominations received after the deadline will not be considered. Submit nominations to Toronto Community Housing staff  by any of the following delivery methods:

• Deliver in person to:  your Operating Unit/ Property Management office, Superintendent, Health Promotion Officer (HPO) or Youth Engagement Coordinator (YEC)
• Fax: (416) 981 - 4095, Attn: Alma Ramnauth

We will acknowledge receipt of all nominations. Ask for your nomination receipt.
