The Terry Fox Humanitarian Award Program are open to graduating highschool students and those currently studying towards a first university degree or diploma in a Canadian post-secondary institution. $7,000 per year, paid directly to the institution in two installments.

Pathways to Education

Pathways to Education is a community-based program to assit youth to complete high school by providing them support to fill out school applications, access computers etc and a scholarship program. They have recently expanded to different areas in Toronto and area.

John Gyles Education Awards

John Gyles Education Awards provides a $3,000.00 award to students in a full-time program with a minimum G.P.A of 3.00. Due: June 1st, 2009.

The Golden Key International Honour Society is a USA based-network that has a a chapter in Toronto for honour students (over 3.5 GPA) You must become a member, but they have many scholarships (& internships) that are due April 15th.
