Sealed submissions will be received for the above proposal until Friday, April 30, 2010, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by Toronto Community Housing at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. Attention:  Vivian Valenzuela. 

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.  Submissions received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Proponents must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their proposals, together with a CD disc containing the proposal in an electronic form.    Toronto Community Housing will accept questions from respondents until April 16, 2010 at 4:00 p.m., local time.
