Attached, please find a copy of the Request for Proposal 15/10. 

Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of their proposal together with a duly completed RFP Submission Form, and an initialled Sample of the Contract to the following address no later than 11:00:00 a.m., local time on Friday, September 10, 2010.

                                               931 Yonge Street, Main Floor,  Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. 

Proponents may submit detailed questions in written form for clarification pertaining to the RFP.  All such questions are to be received via electronic format no later than August 30, 2010, 3:00 P.M., local time.  Please submit all questions to:  Xhavit Zaganjori, Xhavit Zaganjori@torontohousing.ca  

NOTE:  Toronto Community Housing requires that Vendor(s) of choice be on the Approved Vendor List established by the OPA (applicant who qualified for the RET Vendor List).

A Mandatory site visit will be arranged for all proponents to view the existing facilities at Toronto Community Housing’s buildings prior to bid submission.   

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “Toronto Community Housing RFP 15/10 – Supply and Installation of Solar Wall Air Heat System at Three (3) Buildings in the Toronto Area” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP. 

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. 

Late responses will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Toronto Community Housing. 

The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
