Marked RFP 11/09 – Supply and Installation of a Complete Solar Roof System at 840 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, and enclosed in an envelope with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed, and delivered to the location as indicated.  All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label. 

Proponents must submit four (4) original copies of the proposal, one (1) initialed copy of the Consulting Agreement, together with a duly completed Proposal Submission Form.
