PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly identified with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed and delivered to the location as indicated. All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label.

Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of the Quotation in a sealed envelope clearly identified as Request for Quotation No. 03/07 – Supply and Delivery of Manufactured Casework (Kitchen Cabinet Products and Supplies) and marked with the Proponent’s name and address to: Strategic Procurement, Toronto Community Housing Corporation, 931 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

There will be an information session on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at 931 Yonge Street , Conference Room.

TCHC will accept questions and requests for clarifications until 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2007. Responses to received questions will be posted as addendum to the RFQ. Copies of the drawings are available in CD form. A fee of $25.00 applies.
