Sealed bids will be received for the above tender until Tuesday May 1, 2007, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

Proponents are required to submit one (1) original, four (4) copies and one (1) electronic version (CD) of the quotation in a sealed envelope clearly identified as Request for Quotation No. 02/07 – Supply and Delivery of Electrical, Plumbing and Hardware Supplies and marked with the Proponent’s name and address to:

TCHC will accept questions and requests for clarifications until Wednesday, April 11, 2007. Any questions relating to this RFQ should be addressed in writing to Carroll Duff (carroll.duff@torontohousing.ca) and Gilda Furgiuele (gilda.furgiuele@torontohousing.ca). Responses to received questions will be posted as addendum to the RFQ.

Companies wishing to receive the Appendices in an Excel spreadsheet must email Carroll Duff at caroll.duff@torontohousing.ca.

Tender documents may be obtained from Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., 6th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

TCHC will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFQ. Late responses will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of TCHC.
