Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly identified with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed and delivered to the location as indicated. All submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label.
