Proponents are asked to submit in a sealed envelope by Friday October 15, 2010, 11:00:00 a.m., local time the following:

• One original copy and two copies of their proposal
• Two copies of their proposals in electronic format (CD)
• A Duly completed RFP Submission Form (Appendix A)

 to the following address: Strategic Procurement, Toronto Community Housing, 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor, Toronto Ontario M4W 2H2. Attention of:  Vivian Valenzuela, A/Manager.  

An information session will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 931 Yonge Street, Room 6A at 11:00 a.m.

Request for additional information or clarification relating to the content of this RFP should be directed via email to arej.arpadzic@torontohousing.ca by Thursday, October 7, 2010, 4:00 p.m., local time. Responses to received questions will be posted on Toronto Community Housing’s as an addendum to this RFP.  

Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for submission documents submitted in envelope(s) that are not labelled in accordance with the above instructions.
