Proponents must submit one (1) original copy and five (5) copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope by May 13, 2010, 11:00:00 a.m., local time to the following address and to the attention of:  Vivian Valenzuela, A/Manager – Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge Street Toronto Ontario M4W 2H2. 

Request for additional information or clarification relating to the content of this RFP shall be sent to Anne McGregor at anne.mcgregor@torontohousing.ca by May 6, 2010, 4:00 p.m., local time.  Responses to received questions will be posted on Toronto Community Housing’s website as an addendum to the RFP.  It is the proponent’s responsibility to access changes/addenda to the RFP. 

Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.

For your convenience, you may affix the pre-printed label found in the RFP package to the envelope(s) containing your submission.   

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for submission documents submitted in envelope(s) that are not labelled in accordance with the above instructions.
