Sealed submissions will be received for the above tender June 2, 2010, 11:00:00 a.m.  Local Time by Toronto Community Housing at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario  M4W 2H2.

PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly Marked EOI 01/10 – For Social Housing Providers or Community Agencies For Acquisition of up to 27 Single Family Houses and enclosed in an envelope with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed, and delivered to the location as indicated. 

All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label. Candidates must submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope address to the attention of: Vivian Valenzuela, Manager, Strategic Procurement, Toronto Community Housing, 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor, Toronto, ON M4W 2H2.
