Sealed bids will be received for the above tender until Thursday, January 8, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. 

 PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFQ.

Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened.

 Proponents must submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of complete Proposals together with a duly completed RFQ Submission Form. All proponents invited to respond to this RFQ must acknowledge TCH policies/procedures and agree to be bound by all applicable laws, by-laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, codes, orders and Toronto Community Housing Policies/procedures. 

The Proponent must indicate the page number or location of the Fee Structure in the proposal.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “RFQ 06/08 For the Supply and Delivery of black and white and colour Photocopiers and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFQ. 

All questions and clarifications relating to the contents of this RFQ shall be addressed and directed by email to: Carmen Arnone at carmen.arnone@torontohousing.ca, no later than Wednesday December 17, 2008, 3:00:00 p.m. local time  

Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
