RFP 08/09 – CURB APPEAL AT TCH LOCATIONS 

Sealed submissions will be received for the above RFP until July 24, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. 

 Proponents must submit one (1) original copy and ten (10) copies of the written responses.  Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “RFP 08/09 Curb Appeal at TCH Locations” and are enclosed in an envelop using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.

PLEASE NOTE:  The drawings which are a part of this RFP can be downloaded under the file names RFP08.09 Chester Le & Islington Drawings; Victoria Park Drawings and Warden Woods & Yorkwoods Drawings. 

Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.  Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened.

A SITE MEETING will be held on July 17, 2009 at 9.am.  Proponents will be notified of the location in an addendum.
