Sealed submissions will be received for the above tender until Thursday, January 29, 2009, 12:00:00 P.M. (Noon) Local Time by TCH at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto,            Ontario  M4W 2H2.

PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly Marked RFPQ 01/08 – Request For Pre-Qualification – Architectural Services-Design Work, and enclosed in an envelope with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed, and delivered to the location as indicated. 

 All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label. Proponents must submit one (1) original, one electronic copy and six (6) copies of complete Proposals. 

All questions, comments, and submissions relating to the content of this RFPQ are to be received via facsimile or email to the attention of Lizette Zuniga, Director, Development and Real Estate (Fax:  416-981-4130 or email: lizette.zuniga@torontohousing.ca prior to the deadline for submissions.  Responses if necessary will be posted by addenda. 

Toronto Community Housing Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
