Sealed bids will be received for the above tenders until Wednesday, November 14, 2007, 3:00:00 P.M. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. Tender documents may be obtained from Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., 6th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.  Payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00 (GST included — cheque or money order only), for each set will apply. Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

TCHC will accept questions from bidders until  Friday, November 9, 2007.  Clarifications, if required, will be issued to bidders by Addendum, prior to the closing date of the Tender.
