Sealed submissions will be received for the above RFQ 09-0001 until Tuesday, January 12, 2010.  Respondents are required to submit one original, one copy and one electronic copy on CD of its response to the following address no later than 11:00:00 a.m., local time on Tuesday, January 12, 2010:

Questions and requests for clarification will be received until January 5, 2010, 12:00 noon, local time.  Requests for clarifications concerning this RFQ should be sent in writing via email to: carroll.duff@torontohousing.ca.

All questions will be collected and responded to in a single Addendum to the RFQ by January 6, 2010.  Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “RFQ 09-001 Regent Park Community Energy System Engineering Consulting Services” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFQ.
