Proponents are required to submit one (1) original and six (6) copies of their Proposal and the duly completed RFP Submission Form to the following address no later than 11:00:00 a.m., local time on December 12, 2011:

An Information Session will be held on November 29, 2011, 10:00 a.m., local time, 501 Adelaide Street East, Toronto, Ontario.

Proponents may submit detailed questions in written form for clarification pertaining to the RFP. All such questions are to be received via email no later than December 2, 2011, 11.00:00 a.m., local time. Please submit all questions to: Ruth M. Allder (ruth.allder@torontohousing.ca) and Carroll Duff (carroll.duff@torontohousing.ca).

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of Proponents to visit our website to access changes or addenda.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFP 39/11 - For the Provision of Fire Picket and Key Holder Services" and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The lowest price of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
