R.F.P. 16/08 - FOR THE PROVISION OF FIRE PICKET AND KEY HOLDER SERVICES 

Sealed proposals will be received for the above R.F.P. until Friday, October 31, 2008, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCH at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2. 

 PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP.

Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted and will be rejected and returned unopened.

 Proponents must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of complete Proposals together with a duly completed RFP Submission Form. 

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “TCH RFP 16/08 For the Provision of Fire Picket and Key Holder Services” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.

 Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
