Sealed bids will be received for the above tender untilThursday, June 14, 2007, 11:00:00 a.m. local time by TCHC at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M4W 2H2.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked TCHC RFP06/07 – Project Management Services – Regent Park Revitalization Project, and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.

TCHC will accept questions and request for clarification from proponents until Monday, June 11, 2007 by 4:00 p.m. Responses to received questions will be posted as addenda to the RFP.

TCHC will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, and in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Late responses will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of TCHC.

Toronto Community Housing reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
