Sealed submissions will be received for the above tender until Tuesday, September 1, 2009, 11:00:00 a.m.  Local Time by Toronto Community Housing Corporation at Main Floor Reception, Strategic Procurement, 931 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario  M4W 2H2.

PLEASE NOTE: Toronto Community Housing Corporation will not be responsible for accepting COURIERED SUBMISSIONS which are not delivered in accordance with the bid documents, i.e. clearly Marked RFP 01/09 – Pre-Qualification of Residential Solar Hot Water System Contractors for Undertaking Installation of Solar Hot Water Projects in Houses and Apartment Buildings for Toronto Community Housing Corporation, and enclosed in an envelope with the pre-printed enclosed label displayed, and delivered to the location as indicated. 

All Submissions must be delivered by the date and time specified to the exact location as indicated above and on the enclosed label. 

Proponents must submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of the proposal together with the completed CCDC 11 Form and all other documentation as per the RFPQ. 

All questions, comments, and submissions relating to the content of this RFP are to be submitted to: Xhavit Zaganjori via email at xhavit.zaganjorit@torontohousing.ca no later than August 25, 2009, 4:00 p.m., local time.  Responses if necessary will be posted by addenda. 

Toronto Community Housing Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
