An Information Session will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, 1:00 p.m., in the Main Floor Conference Room, Toronto Community Housing, 931 Yonge Street, Toronto ON M4W 2H2. Proponents attending the Information Session must sign in.

Respondents may submit detailed questions in written form for clarification pertaining to the RFPQ. All such questions are to be received via email no later than October 17, 2011, 12:00 Noon., local time. Please submit all questions to:

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFPQ 03/11 - Pre-Qualification for the Provision of Contracted Services - Creation of Site Fire Safety Plans" and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFPQ.

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFPQ. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

The lowest price of any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
