An Information Session is being held on October 26, 2010, 11:00 a.m., Local Time, at 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor, Conference Room, Toronto.  

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: “Toronto Community Housing RFPQ 01/10 – Pre-Qualification for Landscape Contractor-Park Construction” and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFPQ. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:Applicants who download bid opportunities are advised to check the website often for any changes or addenda.  It is the Applicant’s responsibility to access changes or addenda. Receipt of all Addenda must be acknowledged on the Submission Form (Appendix A). 

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFPQ.  Late responses will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Toronto Community Housing.
