Attached, please find a copy of RFP 33/11.

Respondents are asked to submit an original copy and four (4) copies of their proposals, in a sealed envelope by November 10, 2011, 11:00:00 a.m., local time to the following address:

Strategic Procurement, Toronto Community Housing, 931 Yonge Street, Main Floor, Toronto, ON M4W 2H2.

Proponents are required to submit a Proposal Deposit in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) in the form of a Certified Cheque or Letter of Credit, satisfactory to Toronto Community Housing.

A Site Meeting and Information Session will be held on October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., local time. Proponents will be notified of the location of the Site Meeting and Information Session at a later date via an Addendum to the RFP. Proponents are required to confirm their attendance in advance via email to the following staff:

Questions and request for clarifications from respondents will be received until November 2, 2011, 3:00 p.m., local time. Responses to received questions will be posted as an addendum to the RFP.

Please ensure that all responses are clearly marked: "Toronto Community Housing RFP 33/11Offer to Lease - 250 Davenport Road, Toronto (P3 Garage Level)" and are enclosed in an envelope using the pre-printed address label included with this RFP.

Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for accepting couriered submissions which are not delivered to the exact location indicated, by the time and date specified, in accordance with the instructions in this RFP. Toronto Community Housing will not be responsible for late deliveries.

Any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
